Stone Bulldog Flowerbed Decoration

A Showcase Of Some Of Our Recent Landscape Projects

It has been another busy fall here at Allentuck Landscaping Co. We are grateful for all of the wonderful project we have had the pleasure to be a part of and wanted to share them with you.

Front Garden Project in Gaithersburg, Maryland

This project was the second one we completed for this customer. Last year we designed and built a lovely flagstone patio in their backyard. This year we focused on the front yard by installing a winding path with natural steppers in a pea gravel bed. The bath is bordered on both side with a perennial garden that will provide colorful blooms all season long.

Pool Stone Walls and Plantings in Potomac, Maryland

Long standing relationships with our customers are one of the true pleasures of running a small business. We have worked with this customer for over 20 years and project we completed for them this year was spectacular. Our team install two very long dry stack stone walls on a slope by their swimming pool to better take advantage of the space. The new space was planted with Boxwoods, Peonies, Catmint and other plants to provide season long interest. Maya Stepstones were used to allow easier access to the pool area and a deer fence protected vegetable garden was installed nearby.

Patio Terrace in North Potomac, Maryland

Dining outside makes summertime extremely enjoyable. This flagstone patio terrace was designed to provide the perfect dining spot for our customer. It overlooks a lovely lawn and border plantings that make it a true backyard paradise.

Side Yard Garden Project in Chevy Chase, Maryland

This home in the heart of Chevy Chase had a landscape that was overgrown and unruly. An existing Leyland Cypress planting was pruned of its dead wood and underplanted with Skip Laurels to uphold the screening of the neighbor’s driveway. We realigned the garden bed edges to create gentle serpentine curves to add depth and drama to the garden. The plant palette included Annabelle Hydranges, Allgold Japanese Forest Grass, Chindo Viburnum and many more interesting plants. This was the second project we did for this customer.
