Allentuck Landscaping Co. Continues Its Commitment To GreenCare For Troops

Allentuck Landscaping Co. is proud to once again partner with Project Evergreen’s Greencare for Troops program to give free professional lawn care services to local families of actively deployed military personnel and post-9/11 disabled veterans with a service connected disability.

These nationwide programs are made possible because of the generosity of volunteers and sponsors who want to give back to our nation’s heroes for the sacrifices they have made on behalf of all Americans.

These complimentary services are provided to eligible families in need to provide a helping hand to our military at a time they need it most.

Nationwide Impact

  • 11,000 military families/disabled veterans who have registered for the program since its inception.
  • 6,000 lawn, landscape and snow professionals have registered to volunteer for the programs since they were started.
  • $8 million – estimated value of volunteer services provided to military families and disabled veterans since the programs were founded.

Who is Project Evergreen?

Project EverGreen is a national non-profit group that engages individuals, businesses, and communities to create a greener, healthier, cooler Earth. This is done through the creation, renovation and revitalization of yards, parks, recreational playing surfaces and other green spaces that represent the lungs of the community and result in healthier happier people.
