2022 In Review – A Look Back At Our Landscape Projects

Outdoor Living Contractor in Potomac

It is always fun to look back over the past year and take in all the spectacular landscape projects our team members completed. The projects we did in 2022 include swimming pools, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, patios, lighting and so much more.

We are looking forward to 2023 when we get to create even more great landscapes for our clients. For now, enjoy these projects from the past year.

Backyard Resort

No need to get away when you have a backyard that looks this amazing. This project included a serpentine swimming pool, waterfall, cabana, fireplace, bar, new deck, outdoor kitchen, paver patio and walkway, lighting, fences and plantings. Why would you ever go away?

An All Seasons Patio

This property desperately needed solutions to solve a major drainage problem and turned into a fantastic outdoor living space complete with a paver patio, seat walls, lighting and a screened porch. Oh, and the drainage issues were solved too!

Taking A Swimming Pool To New Heights

In order to build this beautiful pool, patio and lawn space, our team first had to construct a nine foot retaining wall system to level out the area. The result is an amazing space to dine, chill and enjoy the sun. This project included the swimming pool, retaining walls, flagstone patio, plantings, landscape lighting, railings, fences and sod.

A Fabulous Backyard

Our team created a functional and spectacular backyard at this client’s home. Colonial block walls surround the paver patio, which encircles a mature Dogwood tree. The plantings around the patio will provide color and interest all year long.

A Family Playground

What better place to play than a backyard with a swimming pool, sport court and a flat lawn area for kicking around a ball. This project went in swimmingly (sorry about that)! This project also included lots of grading, drainage, a retaining wall, sod and plantings.

Classic Plantings For A King

This new home cried out for high quality plantings, and we delivered. Stately Southern Magnolias complimented by Green Velvet Boxwoods give this French countryside style home a regal look.

A Stunning Transformation

With the house sitting below the street, our team started this project by installing an extensive drainage system to keep water well away from the foundation. This project included a new asphalt driveway, flagstone walkways, timber retaining walls, beautiful Rocka steps, plantings and landscape lighting. Special thanks to Suzy Altmann Studio for providing the brilliant designs.
