Responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding customer service to all prospects and customers over the phone, text and via email.
- Acting as a brand ambassador with prospects and customers.
- Facilitating opportunities to help strengthen the company’s employee community.
- Delivering exceptional experiences to our staff and helping them grow as employees.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
Salary $40,000 – $48,000 per year.
