Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new high-end residential landscape projects
  • Build strong relationships with architects, builders, and homeowners to generate qualified referrals
  • Communicate clearly with prospects, partners, and internal team members to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Prepare and present proposals that showcase our design/build expertise and value
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline from first contact through signed contract
  • Work closely with estimating and production teams to set realistic scopes, timelines, and budgets
  • Attend industry events, networking groups, and site visits to grow brand awareness and develop new opportunities

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in the landscaping industry, specifically in residential landscape sales
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) or equivalent certification is a plus

Compensation:

Salary $60,000 – $70,000 per year plus commission
